We successfully sold the Felsősolca SPIE center! – 2022 Q3
We are pleased to announce that we have successfully sold the SPIE center in Felsőzsolca from an international institutional client to an Australian private investor.
In terms of the size of the transaction, a 15,000 m2 plot was sold together with a 2,000 m2 industrial property, which SPIE is renting on a long-term basis.
