We assess the characteristics of our tenant client’s current premises, optimize their space requirements, analyze their workflows, and provide guidance from an ESG perspective as well. Based on this information, we design the layout and structure of the new premises. We verify the technical and operational background of the selected property and evaluate the common area factor and fit-out costs.
Upon request, we prepare design and layout plans for the leased premises, and we coordinate the interior fit-out, furnishing, and relocation processes. If required, we support our clients throughout the entire lease term after move-in, managing all lease-related matters, notifying them of upcoming contract expirations, and proactively identifying new alternatives or negotiating lease renewal terms in advance.
In case of any issues, we can arrange for the subleasing of the leased area, and, if needed, we can also operate the property or the leased premises on behalf of the tenant.
