The Erzsébet Office Building is located at the entrance to the M3 motorway on Hungária Boulevard, at the corner of Erzsébet királyné útja and Hungária Boulevard. The building has 85 parking spaces available. The leasable net area is approximately 8,000 m² and includes approximately 450 m² of basement storage space. During the renovation completed in the summer of 2015, the goal was to create a so-called „green building” in terms of technical specifications, which means, among other things, that heating is provided by a VRV (air-source heat pump) system (which also provides cooling), which, combined with enhanced thermal insulation, would ensure environmentally conscious operation. The facade cladding will be „self-cleaning.” Selective waste collection has been introduced, and a bicycle storage area has also been created.
