Experience
Gergely has more than twenty years of experience in the Hungarian real estate market, having worked in asset management, real estate brokerage, leasing, as well as in marketing and sales leadership roles. Previously, he held positions at Indotek Zrt., CD Hungary Zrt., and within the Tecnocasa network, after which he managed his own independent tenant representation firm, Gestate Mediátor Kft., operating under the Happy Tenant brand for 10 years. As Marketing Director at Krauthammer Partners Hungary Kft. and Human Digital Group Kft., he coordinated strategic and operational marketing projects.
His extensive expertise covers commercial property leasing, tenant representation, property management, as well as sales and communication responsibilities.
Credential
Gergely holds a degree in International Economics and has obtained a professional English-language business certificate. He also holds qualifications as a real estate broker and property valuer.
