Experience
Balázs is an experienced project manager who previously worked as an IT PM at Endless Flux Labs, then at the CMS development division of Mediaworks, where he supervised and ensured the precise and high-quality execution of tasks. At his most recent workplace, the Institute for Cultural Policy Heritage, he managed projects such as the Lázár Ervin Program (organizing museum education for 3,000 children nationwide) and, in 2023, the successful execution of the 10th Mozaik Museum Tour project.
Credential
After completing his studies in Business Informatics at GDF, Balázs obtained an advanced journalism diploma at KOS and also holds a qualification as a Multimedia Designer. His areas of expertise include managing WordPress-based CMS platforms, agile project methodologies, and the Scrum framework.
