As an investor ourselves we conclude purchases with capital sources other than our own equity as it was ours, therefore each and every investor travels in the same boat with us.
Depending on the market, timing and possibilities we aim to reduce the risk and maximize profit in each deal. Therefore we have done pure cash transactions and fully financed ones as well.
