The leasing department of AN Limited is focused on Hungary and Central Eastern Europe. We work with databases covering nearly 7 million sq. m worth rental opporunities
Having the knowledge of close to all signature dates, sizes, rents and location of around 2M square meters in Budapest and Hungary allows us to approach prospective tenants well in advance of their lease expiry.
Upon request we visit the tenants, survey their existing office space, service charge and business environment and thanks to our roughly 400 building database we can immediately recommend suitable options for moving or improving the negotiation power with the existing landlord by supporting the tenant’s interest with alternative leasing offers if there is a tenant representation requirement.
Through our personal contacts to almost every foreign representations in Hungary AN Limited enjoys the comfort of learning first-hand about any new business intending to settle in Hungary. For the same reason we also work closely with the Hungarian Investment and Trade Agency. AN attracts business through Hungarian representations worldwide as well. Our leasing covers office, retail, industrial and residential property letting and tenant representation.
